When I came in, Sam took good care of me. He created directly a nice and personal contact. He was super friendly, did ask the correct questions to find out my car needs and interests. He was the whole time aware of all answers to my questions and he is really an expert in his job. Finally the deal was done and I do have now a very nice and comfortable TIGUAN SE in my hand.
