I wanted to share my experience with 4wd equipment. Overall, I think the company is average. The products they provide are of decent quality, but the customer service could be improved. I had some issues with a recent purchase and it took quite a while to get a response from their support team. However, once they did respond, they were able to resolve my issue satisfactorily. I appreciate that they took the time to rectify the situation, but it would have been better if they had been more responsive in the first place. I hope they can work on their customer service to provide a better experience for their customers in the future.
