I spend a couple weeks each June in Maastricht Holland. Last few years I have rented a bike from Maastricht and pedal up to Zolder for Blancpain series racing. If ya follow the canal it will carry you right to the track. Zolder is a nice old school type circuit. Easy to walk and lots of viewing areas. I just carried my bike in and locked it up and wandered all around the track.
