First time that surely won't be our last. Easy to communicate with the crew, got to watch the balloon come to life. Our captain (also a real life pilot) was Tom and he was fantastic, a true professional. He answered all of our questions and had some very interesting anecdotes to share. The views were amazing. Well worth every cent! The champagne in the air and at the end (along with the cheese and crackers) was the perfect touch to a great trip.
