Pros
1- Evelyn provides regular communication, listen to, and encourage new ideas.
2- Very good working environment and understand the work-life balance. 3- Provide an opportunity to grow various other skills like dancing, writing, painting, etc.
4- Team leads all the peer is very co-operative both professionally and personally.
5- Evelyn provides a better pathway to learn, earn, and grow.
Cons

The elementary training is provided by the company but the advance and practical implementation can be done at your end.

Advice to Management
I am from a technical background, so I prefer that there should some technical event undergoes, which motivates us and enhance our capability on regular basis.
