I work in the Plaza and have been coming here for two years today I had a disgusting experience with an employee named Chin. I was ordering my lunch and she gave me a big spiel about how she's not allowed give me chicken pad Thai for lunch for $11 I come here at dinner time and lunchtime numerous times throughout the week and I always get chicken pad Thai for $11. She started arguing with me on the phone saying come inside come check out the menu and I'mstupid. I'm sorry but giving a plus customer service does not entail arguing on the phone with a customer. Therefore i will never come
here again, There customer service is so unprofessional and disgusting.
