Working through RBS law with my Workman's comp. The only person I am forced to have contact with is Jami Wise. Let me tell you now, if this is who you must deal with, my deepest apologies. Anything past the face value or most basic information seems completely above her pay grade. There is no fragment of anything even remotely friendly in her voice. Coldness and indifference are perhaps the best words I can find to describe Miss Wise. Perhaps it's simply how tonality can come off through emails, but even phone calls ha e lead me to dread every second of communication. Considering I am forced in this situation, I will continue to use RBS law. But after this, I wouldn't refer a soul to this office. This unfair, uneccesary treatment has lead me to believe I must make this review public.
