I had an average experience with Next Level Media LLC. The customer service was satisfactory but there is still room for improvement. The website was easy to navigate and the overall design was pleasing to the eye. However, there were a few glitches that I encountered while browsing. The company should work on resolving these issues to provide a better user experience. Overall, it was an okay experience.
