I recently stayed at a hotel on Room twelve's website and had an overall average experience. The room was clean and comfortable, but the service left a lot to be desired. The staff was not very friendly or helpful, and I found it difficult to get any assistance when needed. Additionally, the website was not very user-friendly and it was hard to navigate. I would consider staying at a different hotel next time.
