I had an overall average experience with SMPs Indiana Chapter. The company offered some good resources and events, but there were also areas for improvement. The website was informative and easy to navigate, which was a plus. However, I found the customer service to be lacking at times. It would be great if they could improve their responsiveness and communication with members. Overall, an average experience.
