I had a mixed experience with Flydeo. While the website was easy to use and I found a great deal on my flight, the customer service left something to be desired. It took a long time to get a response when I had a question, and the representatives were not very helpful. Additionally, there were some hidden fees that weren't clear until I went to check out. Overall, it was an average experience. I may consider using Flydeo again in the future, but I would proceed with caution.
