As a small startup, we needed a reliable roaster that wouldn’t take up too much space but could still handle medium-sized batches, and Typhoon Roasters fit the bill perfectly. The compact design is ideal for our setup, and the advanced airflow system ensures our beans are roasted evenly. Another big benefit is the reduced smoke during roasting, which makes it easier to operate in smaller spaces without needing heavy ventilation. The only downside we’ve noticed is that the learning curve was a bit steep at first, especially with the more advanced settings, but once we got the hang of it, the roaster has been a workhorse.
