I had a mixed experience with Dogsy. While their website is user-friendly and I liked the variety of products they offer, the customer support was not up to the mark. I had some issues with my order, and it took multiple attempts to get a resolution. However, once my issue was escalated, they were able to resolve it satisfactorily. Overall, an average experience.
