Over the years, I have had both positive and negative experiences with FIBRE CREDIT UNION. The staff is generally helpful, but there have been instances where I felt their customer service could have been better. However, their rates and services are generally satisfactory. I would still recommend FIBRE CREDIT UNION to others, as I believe they have the potential to improve their overall customer experience.
