We have recently started using nextgen hoteltech for our hotel. The platform has helped us streamline our processes, but we feel that there is still room for improvement. The support team has been helpful, but sometimes the response time is a bit slow. Overall, it's a decent option for hotel management, but there might be better alternatives out there.
