The shipping service provided by Taiwan Pelican Express was efficient. My package arrived on time and in good condition. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were unresponsive to my inquiries and it took a while to get a resolution. Overall, I had a decent experience with e-can.com.tw, but there is room for improvement.
