I have been a customer of Roy M Ferina Property Manager for a couple of years now and I have to say that their property management services are average. While they do take care of the basic tasks related to managing my property, I haven't been overly impressed with their level of customer service. There have been instances where my concerns weren't addressed promptly. Overall, an average experience.
