The desserts are very good; however when my husband and I entered the shop the girl behind the counter did not smile or greet us. Just a deadpan stare. She did smile a little when we purchased a cake for a birthday party; the owner was in the store and began to describe all the little "mini" desserts he had on display for purchase; I am assuming he was trying to sell some as it was almost closing time. This was fine, however there was a blonde woman (not the cashier) behind the counter who kept glaring at me the entire time. I almost said something, but decided not to. I will not purchase any more items there in the future as this woman made me very uncomfortable. It was not a happy experience although the owner was nice enough. I still am trying to figure out why this woman was glaring at me. It literally creeped me out and I couldn't wait to get out of there.
The shop is owned by Russians and they specalize in European pastries.
