I had a pleasant experience booking my vacation through Orbitz. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find a great deal on a hotel. The booking process was quick and hassle-free. The only downside was that the customer support took a bit longer to respond to my inquiry. Other than that, I have no complaints and would use Orbitz again.
