The experience of dealing with Groupe SMA was not as pleasant as I had hoped. While their rates are competitive, the customer service left much to be desired. I found the staff to be unhelpful and not very knowledgeable about the insurance policies. The claims process was also lengthy and frustrating. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and would not recommend Groupe SMA.
