Came in 2 week ago for my girlfriends broken ankle...

Came in 2 week ago for my girlfriends broken ankle. They told us it was just bruised and to go home and ice it for 2 to 3 days and she would be fine. Come back 2 weeks later because for her to stand up makes her literally fall into tears. 3 hours later still not a word. Meanwhile I get told I can't come back with her to the back because of covid "new protocol today" so I sit in lobby. 2 hours go by. Security tells me to wait outside so I don't *spread the virus" GO TO KEARNEY FOLKS
