I have a 2016 Chevy Traverse that was leased from DeNooyer by our company and that I use as a company vehicle. I was traveling home to Muskegon on a snowy Friday afternoon at about 5:30 when the dashboard alarms went off and I started to get all kinds of error messages and lights showing up on my dashboard. The messages said that the Stabilitrak had failed and that my top speed would be limited to 35 mph....not good when you are on a highway with 55 mph speeds. I called the dealership and they were sensational. Although they were supposed to close at 5:30, I nursed the car along back roads until I pulled into their facility at 6:20. My service advisor Carmen Thompson met me at the door and had a 2018 Cruse waiting for me. I was out of there in 10 minutes and on my way home. Carmen called me first thing Monday morning to give me a detailed review of the repairs. If you need service at DeNooyer.....call Carmen!!! I would recommend DeNooyer and Carmen to anyone.
