. I regret doing business with the pool guys. They are fast to take your money and slow to finish the job. The quality of work is poor. The pool has been In the ground for over a month and is still green and dirty. The pool was installed way out of level. They attempted to even duct tape what they call a well point together then try to convince me it was ok to duct tape it. Who pays 45k for a new pool with duct tape holding pipes together?
They also ran into and damaged my 75 year old trees with the excavator.
The conduit for the pool lighting is under sized and not installed per manufactures instructions.
My property was left a complete mess and only got cleaned up due to the crew doing the pavers.
After checking with DPOR they are also missing required information required by state law from their contract!
Have pictures to back all my claims up.
Terrible experience!!
