I had a very average experience with Jardine Lloyd Thompson New Zealand Ltd. The service provided was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, the customer support was not very helpful and I had to wait a long time to get a response. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
