I spent $1000 buying the products, but did not receive my package. FedEx confirmed my package was lost, so I called the company. I spent half hour on the phone waiting and explaining to the customer representative. But the customer representative Luis asked me to send them an email to explain everything instead; he said, he would help me forward to his manager, and they will reply me either the same day, or the next day. I sent them an email to explain everything on this Tuesday, and 3 other emails Wednesday(yesterday); today is the 3rd day, no one is replying me.

I don t understand why they make things so complicated. They can just make a call to FedEx to confirm this situation, but they don t want to do it, they don t value their customers at all.
