Great hotel at La Defense. Elegant with a restaurant and bar. Has fitness center. Next door on first floor Starbuck. Metro 1 and train B have a station here. Metro 1 stops twice on La Defense on 1 trip. For Sofitel, stop at Esplande de Defense. Head up on escalator. As you head towards the Arc de Defense tower, cross over onto left side of Place de Defense and continue to Starbuck Coffee shop, immediately turn the corner towards left to enter Sofitel.
