I called for a hotel booking. Sent through a long hold, then a real person, then an automated message system, then a real person who insisted I give her ALL my information not to book the room just to check availability.

After 30 min on the phone, she informed me that they do not have anything available.

Why not just have someone answer the phone and look it up like every other major hotel!? Frustrating. Dark side of Disney. Grrr
