I recently purchased some products from delicatecosmetics.com and overall, I had an average experience. 😐 The website is easy to navigate and their product range is quite extensive. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took quite some time to receive a response to my inquiry, and even then, the resolution provided was not entirely satisfactory. The packaging of the products was also a bit underwhelming, as it seemed a bit flimsy. In terms of the quality of the cosmetics, they were decent but nothing exceptional. The pigmentation and longevity were average, and I've found similar products with better results elsewhere. While delicatecosmetics.com offers a good variety, I do wish they would improve their customer service and product packaging. Overall, an average experience. 😐
