I've been doing Pilates at Pilates Plus Pacific Beach for a few months now and it's been fantastic. The instructors are knowledgeable and attentive, and they make sure to provide modifications for all fitness levels. The studio is spacious and clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The workouts are effective and I've seen significant improvement in my strength and flexibility. Highly recommended!
