I recently became a customer at nyufcu.com and so far, I am impressed. The website is user-friendly and navigating through it is simple. The banking options provided are great and have made managing my finances easier. The only thing I wish they would improve is their customer support. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response, but other than that, I have had a positive experience.
