My AC had a problem code that could ve been many things. Harrison Boone was quickly able to identify the problem and order the required parts. The best news was Harrison discovered the job was completely covered by my extended Lennox warranty. It took a couple of days for the parts to arrive, but when they did Harrison went to work. The job was labor intensive and the parts were heavy. Of course the part needing replacement was located in my attic above my second floor, but Harrison also needed to frequently access my outside unit. Lots of calories burned, but Harrison completed the job in the promised time. AC is doing its thing and should be ready for the long hot summer. I ve been a Russell s customer for many years. Professionals like Harrison are why I continue to use them to service my heating and cooling.
