I've always had an interest in genealogy, and joining a genealogical society was the best decision I made. It's incredible how much knowledge and expertise you can gain from fellow enthusiasts. The society I'm a part of provides free workshops and webinars that have significantly improved my research skills. Without a doubt, being a member of such a society has expanded my understanding of my family history and connected me with incredible like-minded people.
