I had an overall average experience with dachiwife. The website was easy to navigate and the product selection was decent. However, the quality of the products I purchased was not as good as I expected. The customer service was also just average. They were responsive to my inquiries, but it took a bit longer than I would have liked to get a resolution. Overall, I feel like dachiwife has room for improvement in terms of product quality and customer service.
