I recently hired a landscape and arborcare company for some maintenance work on my property. The company I chose, unfortunately, did not live up to my expectations. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to request a quote online, which was convenient. However, the communication and follow-up were lacking. The initial consultation went well, but the actual work took longer than expected and the quality was average at best. I also had some concerns about the safety precautions taken by the team. While the pricing was competitive, I feel that the overall experience could have been better. I appreciate the effort, but I believe there is room for improvement in the service provided.
