I recently used the services of this company for a market research project. The sampling process was quick and efficient, but I found the communication with the project manager to be a bit lacking. Despite this, the samples were delivered on time and met our requirements. However, there was a slight discrepancy in the sampling results, and it took a bit longer than expected to resolve. Overall, the experience was average, with room for improvement in terms of communication and accuracy. I appreciate the effort put into the sampling process, but there is definitely potential for better customer service and attention to detail. 😊
