I recently hired a design firm for a project and stumbled upon dloosedesign.com. The website was visually appealing and easy to navigate, which made it convenient to explore their portfolio. However, my experience with the company was just average. The designs produced were decent, but lacked the innovative edge I was hoping for. The communication was also somewhat lacking, with delayed responses and a lack of proactivity. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, my experience was neither exceptional nor disappointing. Hopefully, they can work on enhancing their creativity and communication to provide a more engaging experience for their clients. 👍
