I recently engaged with this company for a project, and overall, my experience was average. The website is well-designed and easy to navigate, providing detailed information about their services. However, the communication was somewhat lacking, as I often had to follow up multiple times to get a response. While the quality of the final deliverable was adequate, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of timeliness and proactive communication. Despite this, the team was professional and courteous. I believe that with some adjustments, they could enhance the overall customer experience.
