My experience with Situs has been a mix of both positive and negative aspects. On one hand, the website is user-friendly and the products offered are of good quality. However, I had some issues with the customer service. It took a bit longer than expected to get a response and the resolution was not entirely satisfactory. Overall, I would rate Situs as an average company.
