Wow! Usually, service providers in the health insurance sector are not exactly known for their know-how and their high strategy competence. It is actually different here. I am impressed with the competence in the operational area. Finally someone who obviously has a clue and know-how of how to build and operate large IT infrastructures. And to let it work ... I know exactly what I'm talking about!
