My grandmother has been in this facility for quite some time. If your loved one is Korean, this is a particularly appropriate home as the staff is bilingual. My family and I visit her frequently (pre COVID) and it s very obvious that she is lovingly cared for and all of her needs are met. We get regular photos and reports during this distancing. I cannot praise the staff enough.
