The worse hotel I have stayed at. Bathroom is appalling towels old. No room service no food or bar after 11pm. Female in our travelling party got stuck in the fire escape stair well all emergency doors locked signed inadequate hotel staff had to find the key to a locked fire escape door she was stuck screaming for 20 minutes,the place is a fire trap. The bad news for us is we are here for three days.
