Is the Petersburg Library ever planning to re-open...

Is the Petersburg Library ever planning to re-open? There is absolutely no information out there as to when any access to the library premises will resume. Does anyone have any information regarding plans as to when/if public access will be restored? No updates are available on the library's web site nor is there any information being given about this on City of Petersburg's website. Extremely frustrating.

Otherwise, it's quite a nice facility--when one can gain access to it.
