I made a reservation online 2 weeks ago for the shared ride service from Boca to FLL .

Even though my flight doesn't leave until 8:55 am, I still scheduled a pickup for 5:45 am because I know how TSA security lines can be long. I was traveling to a VERY important federal government event that I COULD NOT be late to OR miss.

The driver called me at 6am informing me that I'm his only pickup, but he's running late and will be here in 20 minutes. That's almost an hour after my requested time! Now I'm going to be pressed to try and get through security check and make it to my gate.

This is totally unacceptable. Best believe I will never use this service again, and will spread the word about this sub-par service.
