My company began using Propellant 49 nearly 30 years ago. We wouldn't consider using any other de-icing product. Unlike other products on the market it is 100% chemically active so we are not paying for inert ingredients.
It does an incredible job and does not harm our drive and walkways.
Pace Products has been around for decades and it is easy to understand why.
