I recently made a purchase from a website and I was very impressed with the products. The quality was great and the shipping was fast. However, I had some issues with the customer service. It took a while to get a response to my inquiry and when I did, the answer wasn't very helpful. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase but the customer service could use some improvement.
