I have been a customer of Noviplus for a few years...

I have been a customer of Noviplus for a few years now and I must say, their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the discounts are good, but I have encountered some issues with their customer support. Whenever I had a problem, it took a long time to get a response and sometimes the issue was not resolved to my satisfaction. Overall, I would rate Noviplus as an average company.
