I recently used Arcom / vtaxi for the first time and I must say, it was an average experience. The driver arrived on time and the car was clean, but the ride itself was nothing special. The driver was polite and friendly, but didn't go out of his way to make the journey more enjoyable. Overall, it was a decent service.
