After doing some research, I decided to purchase an appliance from Elias Appliances. Despite the company's reputation, I found the quality of the product to be satisfactory. However, the customer service was somewhat lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and did not provide me with the information I needed. Additionally, the delivery was delayed. Overall, my experience was average at best.
