My apartment was amazing, but they are clearly out...

My apartment was amazing, but they are clearly out for your money and don't care at all if your life changes at the last moment. I wouldn't recommend, it shouldn't cost over $700 to help your tenant who has made payments on time for the last two years find a sublease when they move.
