I have been a customer of Xinghuo led tech limited for the past year and I must say that their products are of average quality. The LED lights I purchased worked fine initially but started flickering after a few months. The customer service was responsive and replaced the defective lights, but this issue should not have occurred in the first place. Overall, I would rate their products and services as average.
